DESCRIPTION:A 2-hour guided space to slow down\, soften\, and reconnect with yourself through breath and creative expression. \nThis is a space for anyone longing to slow down and reconnect with themselves more deeply — whether you are seeking rest\, clarity\, creative inspiration\, emotional release\, nervous system reset\, or simply a space to breathe and be present. \nSo often we move through life holding tension — mentally\, emotionally\, physically — without realizing how much we are carrying. \nThis session is an invitation to put that down\, even for a little while. \nThrough guided breathwork and intuitive creative expression\, you’ll be supported to: \n– slow your nervous system– feel what is present without pressure– express yourself without needing to “get it right”– reconnect with a deeper\, more grounded part of yourself \nYou do not need any experience with art or breathwork.This is not about creating something perfect. \nWhat to Expect:\n– gentle arrival and grounding– guided breathwork (approx. 45 minutes)– intuitive creative expression (approx. 45 minutes)– space for reflection and optional sharing \nYou are always free to move at your own pace. \nIt is simply a space to be real — and to exhale. \nMost people leave feeling lighter\, more open\, and more connected to themselves. \nIf that is something you’ve been needing\, you are very welcome here.
