Breathe & Create: A Space to Exhale

A 2-hour guided space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through breath and creative expression.

This is a space for anyone longing to slow down and reconnect with themselves more deeply — whether you are seeking rest, clarity, creative inspiration, emotional release, nervous system reset, or simply a space to breathe and be present.

So often we move through life holding tension — mentally, emotionally, physically — without realizing how much we are carrying.

This session is an invitation to put that down, even for a little while.

Through guided breathwork and intuitive creative expression, you’ll be supported to:

– slow your nervous system
– feel what is present without pressure
– express yourself without needing to “get it right”
– reconnect with a deeper, more grounded part of yourself

You do not need any experience with art or breathwork.
This is not about creating something perfect.

What to Expect:

– gentle arrival and grounding
– guided breathwork (approx. 45 minutes)
– intuitive creative expression (approx. 45 minutes)
– space for reflection and optional sharing

You are always free to move at your own pace.

It is simply a space to be real — and to exhale.

Most people leave feeling lighter, more open, and more connected to themselves.
