Embodied Transformational Journeys for Women
I am a creative spiritual guide for women in life transition, supporting them in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, authentic voice, and creative expression.
About Nooraya
I am a creative spiritual guide for women in life transition, supporting them to reconnect with their inner wisdom, authentic voice, and creative expression.
My work bridges spirituality, creativity, and embodiment — guiding women back into alignment with who they are becoming.
My own journey has included a deep longing for self-actualization, periods of disconnection from my inner voice, and the eventual reclaiming of trust in my own wisdom. Along the way, I realized that getting support was not a failure of strength, but an expression of it — a wise and mature use of resources that marked a turning point for me. Through creativity, spiritual practice, and women-centered work, I found my way back — not by striving harder, but by listening more
deeply.
I bring together a background in creative expression, embodiment practices, somatic awareness, breathwork, and inquiry to support women who are ready to release old identities and step into a truer way of being. My work is grounded, intuitive, and deeply respectful of each woman’s unique path.
What I Believe
I believe creativity is not a talent reserved for artists — it is a life force. It is how we listen inwardly, how we reshape identity, and how we allow something new to come into form.
When creativity is restored, clarity returns. When inner wisdom is trusted, direction emerges. When the soul is given space to speak, life reorganizes itself with far more ease than force.
This work honors:
• Creation over performance
• Inner authority over external validation
• Wisdom over striving
• Presence over pressure
About Embody De-Light
How I Work
My approach weaves together creative process, embodiment practices, spiritual inquiry, and deep listening. Whether through Painting From Your Soul (PFYS), group workshops, or private guidance, the intention is the same: To help you reconnect with your authentic voice and create a life that feels true — from the inside out.
This is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you already are and allowing that truth to shape how you live, create, and lead.
A Different Kind of Transformation
Embody De-Light is the container for my work — a creative and spiritual space designed to support women through transition, awakening, and self-reconnection.
There comes a moment in life when the old ways of striving, achieving, and holding everything together no longer work. What once brought a sense of purpose may begin to feel hollow, exhausting, or misaligned.
This is not a failure — it is an invitation.
Embody De-Light was created for women standing at this threshold.
This work is about creating a new life, not fixing an old one. It is about releasing identities that have run their course and stepping into a deeper, more authentic sense of self — one guided by creativity, inner wisdom, and truth.
Who is This For?
This work is for women who sense that something essential within them has gone quiet — and who know, deep down, that it is time to listen again.
It may be for you if the life you’ve built no longer fully fits. If success, as you once defined it, feels hollow, heavy, or unsustainable. If you’ve done what was expected — or what was necessary — and now feel a quiet grief for the parts of yourself that were left behind.
You may feel at a crossroads. Not because something is “wrong,” but because an old way of being is no longer true. This work is for women who are ready to:
- Question inherited identities, roles, and definitions of success
- Release old programs of striving, self-silencing, or self-abandonment
- Reclaim their authentic voice — expressed through creativity, intuition, truth, and
presence - Create a life that reflects who they are now, not who they were trained to be
It is especially for those who feel a longing for a more heart-based, soul-aligned way of living — one that honors individuality, creativity, and inner authority rather than external approval.
You do not need to know exactly what comes next. You do not need to have a clear plan.
But you do need to be willing to listen inwardly — and to trust that what wants to emerge through you is meaningful, timely, and real.
This work is not about becoming someone else. It is about reclaiming the Self you’ve always been, and allowing your life to reorganize around that truth.
If you find yourself at this threshold, you are not meant to cross it alone. There are offerings here designed to support your remembering, your voice, and what wants to come alive next.
A Place to Begin
If you feel a quiet knowing as you read this — a sense that something within you is ready to be seen, expressed, or reclaimed — Paint from Your Soul is often where women choose to begin.
PFYS is a guided, intuitive painting process that invites you into a deeper relationship with yourself. You don’t need to be an artist, and you don’t need to know what you’re creating. What’s required is presence, openness, and a willingness to listen as insight unfolds through the process itself. The work is supported by feminine archetypes, offering wisdom, reflection, and gentle guidance along the way.
For many women, this experience becomes a doorway — not only into creative expression, but into deeper self-recognition and embodied truth.
Paint From Your Soul
PFYS is a gentle yet powerful creative process that invites you to listen inwardly and express what wants to be seen — without needing artistic skill or experience.
You do not need to identify as an artist. You do not need to know how to paint. You only need a willingness to listen.
PFYS works with intuitive imagery, archetypal energies, and embodied presence to help reveal insight, clarity, and inner guidance. Many women experience it as a remembering — a return to parts of themselves that have been quieted or set aside.
Creativity becomes the doorway. Wisdom becomes the guide.
